INGREDIENTS 

White Chocolate 1000 g.  

Nougat paste 350 g. 

METHOD 

Mix the various ingredients, tempered at a 25°, pour slowly into the mould "Tomino", refrigerate, demould, pass the head into the powdered sugar.
