Place the moulds without border within a polycarbonate mould egg shaped...
Block with tempered chocolate the edges of the subject in silicone...
After the chocolate hardening, to stop the silicone moulds fill the egg and proceed as for a normal chocolate egg
When the layer is the desired thickness, empty the egg and put it to drain as usual
In the meantime, fill the moulds with the edge with tempered milk chocolate
When the chocolate has completely crystallized, remove the egg from the mould and decorate as desired by applying the subjects obtained from the moulds with the edge
