LINEAGUSCIO® food grade silicone moulds are composed of 2 thermoformed parts that block, support and sustain two interchangeable shells, made of soft translucent silicon, from which three-dimensional characters take form, so reach of details that they seem alive.
The new trend of matt chocolate is born in 2006 with decosil, when the company offers and launches onto the market its line of silicone moulds, but is in 2008, with the introduction of LINEAGUSCIO®, designed by Stefano Laghi. For a better yield in the serial production of chocolate subjects it is appropriate to cool the mould in the blast chiller between a demoulding and the next; in the realization with the use of ice cream, it is appropriate to previously cool the mould in the blast chiller without changing the characteristics of workability.
