decosil has amazing news: the first 3D silicone moulds for pralines. 

Thanks to the collaboration with Silvia Federica Boldetti, decosil presents the new 3D silicon mould line for chocolate bonbons named after five art movements.

“Signorina Fantasia Line”: five shapes available in two different sizes, 10-12 grams as a common chocolate bonbon and 5 grams, to make a mini bonbon look like a jewel. 

Silicon moulds allow you to obtain dynamic shapes and an easy way to realize the pralines: you do not need to make the chocolate shell and the crystallization and demoulding time is shorter than usual. The production is faster than using a common polycarbonate mould but the dimensions and number of cavities are the same.

In this way the ease of production meets the beauty of decosil design, made of original shapes and ideas.
